As outside caterers, we offer a variety of services including bespoke menus, plated dinners, and canapés. The specific services we can provide may depend on the venue and its facilities. Additionally, if the venue does not provide drinks, we can arrange beverages for you.

Our availability depends on our booking calendar. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your preferred date. Generally, booking 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal, especially for peak wedding seasons. Although we can handle multiple weddings per day depending on the requirements, early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

Absolutely! We are experienced in catering to various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other allergies or preferences. We will work with you to customise the menu to meet any specific needs and ensure that all guests are catered for.

Yes, we offer tasting sessions to help you finalise your menu choices. We will be in touch 6-9 months prior to your wedding to arrange a Planning and Tasting meeting, where you can sample a selection of starters, mains, and desserts. During this meeting, we will discuss menus, dietary requirements, timings, and other details. Tastings are typically conducted in January, February, and November. Due to our peak wedding season from May to September, it may be challenging to accommodate tasting requests during these months. The tasting meeting usually lasts 1.5 – 2 hours.

This often includes guidelines on setup times, insurance requirements, and coordination with the venue’s event staff. We ensure all our practices comply with the venue’s rules and handle the necessary arrangements directly with the venue.
